Current Pottsgrove High School Principal Yolanda Williams will move Aug. 1 to Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School and become principal there. She succeeds Ruth Fisher, whose retirement from Lower was made official Tuesday.

Lower Pottsgrove Elementary Principal Ruth Fisher will leave her office, and an educational career of almost 40 years, after the current school year ends. She hopes to spend more time with her family. The Pottsgrove School District said it will start soon to seek her replacement.
