Township Suffering Copper Theft In Some Vacant Homes

At scrap, the metal is selling for $3.64 a pound. It doesn’t take long to steal a hundred pounds or more from a vacant home, Lower Pottsgrove’s police chief said Monday. He hopes the public will be vigilant.

Egg-Throwing Complaints Lead To Four Teens’ Arrests

Lower Pottsgrove police early Saturday investigated egg-throwing incidents on Buchert Road. They charged four 18-year-old males after tracking them back through wet grass to a nearby home.

Charges Reported Pending In High School Vandalism
