More Highland Bronze Vases Reported Stolen Sunday

POTTSTOWN PA – Three people face charges for allegedly stealing bronze vases from the Highland Memorial Park cemetery, 701 Farmington Ave., Pottstown PA. Police said Sunday (May 1, 2011) that more than 200 cases of stolen vases have been reported since March, according to WFMZ-TV, Channel 69 in Allentown.
Investigators said another six reports came in on Sunday alone, the television station said.
The cemetery is operated by CMS East Inc., a privately owned organization founded in 1951 that provides development and professional management services for memorial parks. It currently runs 26 parks in five states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
