9-11 Memorialized By Thunder Ministries’ HonorFest
DOUGLASSVILLE PA – Thunder Outreach, the charitable community ministry organization headquartered in Douglassville PA, will host a celebration called “HonorFest 2011” to pay tribute to firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians and other first responders on Sept. 10 (2011; Saturday) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at First Energy Stadium in Reading PA.
The day is a memorial for the 10th anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania, and includes fire and police displays, music, games, food and events. It is open to the public.

Thunder Outreach on Tuesday (July 5) announced that the VF Outlet Center in West Reading had signed on as a major financial support, and that the Reading -Berks Conference of Churches was partnering with it to promote the event.
