Pottstown College Scholar Fund Benefits From Dinner
POTTSTOWN PA – An 11th annual lasagna dinner, which will benefit a scholarship fund for students-in-need who attend the Pottstown campus of Montgomery County Community College, will be held Feb. 16 (2012; Thursday) from 5-7 p.m. the college’s in the South Hall Community Room, 101 College Dr.

Student leaders from the campus are hosting the dinner. It includes a choice of veggie or meat lasagna, salad, bread, beverage and dessert. Take-out meals are also available. Tickets cost $10 for adults, and $5 for children age 10 and younger. Meals can be ordered in advance from Feb. 6-10 by calling the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement at 610-718-1852.
The scholarship fund is supervised by the college Foundation. Each year, a scholarship is awarded to a Pottstown campus student who is engaged in community service and is in good academic standing. Foundation representatives will be on hand to answer questions about it and other scholarship opportunities.
