First PAC-10 Senior Bowl Tickets Being Sold Now
PHOENIXVILLE PA – Senior football players from each of the 10 Pioneer Athletic Conference high schools – Pottstown, Boyertown, Owen J. Roberts, Pottsgrove, Spring-Ford, Pope John Paul II, Methacton, Perkiomen Valley, Phoenixville, and Upper Perkiomen – have been invited to participate in what is being billed as a historic first for the PAC-10 Football Coaches Association.
The association’s inaugural 2012 PAC-10 Senior Bowl is scheduled to kick off June 3 (Sunday) at 3 p.m. in the stadium at Phoenixville Area High School, 1200 Gay St., Phoenixville PA.
- This event has been added to The Post calendar.
Seniors will play on one of two teams – Freedom or Liberty – and players from each high school were drafted onto both teams to foster camaraderie and friendship across the league, publicists said. The pairings give players an “opportunity to line-up against their home-town teammates and to team with some of their traditional rivals,” according to organizers.
Tickets cost $5 each, and are now available for advance sale by e-mail, here.
