Spooky Fun Arrives Friday At Pottstown Y Safehouse

POTTSTOWN PA – The 22nd annual “Y Cares Halloween Safehouse Treat Trail,” which provides a safe trick or treat environment for area children, will be held Friday (Oct. 26, 2012) from 6-8 p.m. at the Pottstown branch of the Freedom Valley YMCA, Adams and Jackson streets. The event is open to children age 12 and younger accompanied by an adult.

This year’s theme: “YOU can be a Superhero.” Admission is a free-will donation to support the Y Cares Financial Assistance Program. Entrance to the event is behind the YMCA on Grant Street.

The Treat Trail – provided by local organizations, businesses and volunteers – will include music by Pure Fun Entertainment. For more information, call Jane Alan at 610-323-7300.
