Reporter, A Pottsgrove Grad, Finds Bargains In MBAsNEW YORK NY – The master’s of business administration degree program offered by the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame may be the nation’s most generous, as far as scholarships go, a Pottsgrove High School graduate and Bloomberg Businessweek reporter concluded last Wednesday (Feb. 27, 2013).

Erin Zlomek, using an interactive an 11-slide format, reported that 65 percent of Mendoza’s MBA students received an average scholarship of $25,153, which covered almost 60 percent of its annual tuition and fees. The data was part of the Manhattan-based weekly magazine’s online story, written by Zlomek and titled “Top B-Schools for Scholarships,” here.

Formerly of Sanatoga, Zlomek graduated from Pottsgrove in 2002 and from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2006. She was a business and economy reporter for The Arizona Republic for almost four years before joining Bloomberg News in 2010.
