POTTSTOWN PA – T-Mobile, a national cellular carrier and wireless service provider, will perform antenna maintenance work on a telecommunications assembly it owns atop the 115-foot-tall water tank on Jackson Street in the borough, the company announced Saturday (Sept. 20, 2014) in a legal advertisement.

The notice said antennas and remote radio units that handle call transmissions will be either added or replaced on the tower at heights of about 104 feet.

Publishing the advertisement was a federal requirement. In it, T-Mobile also solicited from the public “comments or questions regarding any potential effects of the proposed facility on historic properties” by contacting Scott Horn of ACER Associates LLC, 1012 Industrial Dr., West Berlin NJ 08091; calling him at 856-809-1202, or sending him an e-mail, here.
