Cancer Suvivor Moves Ahead In iCreate Cafe

POTTSTOWN PA – Learning the health benefits of a nutrient-rich diet made of mostly plant-based foods inspired kidney cancer survivor Ash Khalil to open the iCreate Cafe at 130 King St. during 2012, The (Reading PA) Eagle newspaper reported Sunday (Nov. 16, 2014).

Now that his restaurant and computer cafe have won new life in a Pottstown zoning hearing, Kalil told the newspaper he’s even more dedicated to his unique blend of vegan, vegetarian and in some cases gluten-free dishes with strong Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences.
