County Assistant DA Honored In Pottstown CaseCOMMENDED FOR WORK ON POTTSTOWN PROSECUTION – Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Kathleen McLaughlin, right, was presented Thursday (Jan. 15, 2015) by county District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman with a commendation for her preparation work during 2014 in a trial against a Pottstown man. The DA’s office successfully prosecuted the case of Commonwealth v. Albert Dudanowicz, who was charged with firing shots out of his apartment in Pottstown and nearly striking civilians, police officers and tactical officers. Ferman’s presentation for the Pottstown case came during her staff’s annual meeting in Norristown.
