Wolf Inauguration Luncheon Lesson At The Hill

The governor waves as he enters his inaugural ball Tuesday night

WATCHING THE GOVERNOR’S INAUGURATION OVER LUNCH – Students at The Hill School in Pottstown, from which Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf graduated in 1967, watched streaming video of Wolf’s gubernatorial inauguration ceremonies Tuesday (Jan. 20, 2015) during a noon lunch in the school dining hall. Flags and banners hung from rafters across the space as administrators turned the swearing-in of an alumnus to the state’s highest political office into a civics lesson. In his address at the state Capitol in Harrisburg, Wolf told the public he would “devote his administration to the goals of jobs that pay, schools that teach and a government that works.”
