Pottstown Graduate Completes Basic TrainingPOTTSTOWN PA – U.S. Army Pvt. Kenneth J. Kutt, a 2014 graduate of Pottstown High School, has completed basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia SC, according to the Joint Hometown News Service.

During nine weeks of training, Kutt studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, and physical fitness. He received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, the military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises.

Kutt is the son of Michael Albright of Pottstown.
