PEAK Helping Parents Plan For Summer Fun

POTTSTOWN PA – Conversations with parents about coming events, programs, and activities that can keep their families and children engaged throughout the summer are being planned by PEAK, Pottstown Early Action for Kindergarten Readiness.

The “relaxed meetings” also include food and childcare, and Spanish language interpreters will be available, it announced.

Four meetings have been scheduled over three dates:

  • May 27 (2015; Wednesday), from 1-3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, on the corner of King and Charlotte streets;
  • May 27 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at St. John’s Church, at the corner of High and Price streets;
  • May 28 (Thursday) from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Church, at the corner of Glasgow and West Walnut streets; and
  • June 2 (Tuesday) from 6-8 p.m. at the YWCA Tri-County Area, 315 King St.
