Shoutin’ About A Sing-Out Wednesday At Franklin

LAST CONCERT WAS A WINNER – Fourth-grade singers (above) in the Pottstown School District’s Franklin Elementary School performed their final public concert Wednesday night (May 20, 2015) as part of the school’s Art and Music Night. Principal Kevin Downes shouted out on Twitter that he and faculty members could not have been more pleased. A “proud” Franklin staff (below) enjoyed the show staged by chorus members, who Downes happily identified as among the North Franklin Street school’s “leaders.” Parents and family members were obviously excited too, he noted; the night attracted a “packed house,” (bottom) Downes reported.
