Caught In The Rain Without An Umbrella?

GETTING DRENCHED AND COOLED IN POTTSTOWN – Storm clouds roiled and rain shafts spread Wednesday afternoon (May 27, 2015) over greater Pottstown, as seen in this view taken from behind Pottstown High School and distributed via Twitter. They efficiently cooled off an otherwise steamy day. A WeatherUnderground history graph shows temperatures dropped from a high of 88 degrees at 2:46 p.m. to 72.5 degrees at 4:47 p.m. AccuWeather reports “spotty showers and locally heavy, gusty thunderstorms” will persist around the Philadelphia area as part of today’s (Thursday, May 28) warm and humid weather pattern. The greatest chance of thundershowers today, about 40 percent, is anticipated during a 5-hour period overnight. “Temperatures will continue to average about 10 degrees above normal into Saturday (May 30,” Accuweather Senior Meteorologist Alex Sosnowski added.
