Reading Health Opens Douglassville Offices
The Amity Professional Building at 957 Benjamin Franklin Hwy.
DOUGLASSVILLE PA – Primary medical care, urgent care, and laboratory and imaging services are being provided by the Reading Health System in offices that opened Oct. 5 (2015; Monday) at 957 Benjamin Franklin Hwy. (Route 422), in the Amity Professional Building at the highway’s intersection with Old Airport Road, the Reading PA-based health care network announced.
The primary care office is staffed by physicians Dr. Joelle Lauchner and Dr. Pamela Brandt, and is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays from 1-8 p.m., Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. The adjacent urgent care office can offer treatment for a variety of immediate treatment needs without an appointment. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call 610-898-6650 for more information.
The also adjacent laboratory and imaging center offers general x-ray services and walk-in service without an appointment for most blood work.
