Pottstown Woman Still Sought In Sheriff Sweep

NORRISTOWN PA – One Sanatoga resident was arrested, and residents of Pottstown, Spring City, and Collegeville are still being sought, following what the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said Monday (Dec. 12, 2016) was a “week-long, multi-county crackdown on ‘most wanted’ offenders for driving under the influence.”

The office said it began a sweep last Monday (Dec. 5) that targeted more than 40 defendants from Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. Of those allegedly “drunk and drugged drivers,” it said in a press release, 15 were arrested and another 11 turned themselves in.

Among those taken into custody, Sheriff Sean P. Kilkenny stated, was Adam Terwilliger, 3053 Kerri Ct., Sanatoga, who was arrested for a DUI probation violation.

Not yet arrested but actively being sought, according to the release, are:

  • Lisa Marie Martinelli, whose last known address was listed as 940 Willow Lane, Apt. A, Pottstown, on a DUI charge;
  • Michael Brian Dunphy Jr., whose last known address was listed as 246 Yost Ave., Spring City, on a charge of “DUI highest rate;” and
  • Borislav Pelici, whose last known address was listed as 710 S. Trappe Rd., Collegeville, on a DUI charge.

“We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to drunk driving,” Kilkenny said. “We hope the news of these sweeps will also serve as a deterrent to those who think they can get away with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.” The county District Attorney’s Office is currently prosecuting more than 1,400 DUI cases, and the Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division has more than 900 DUI warrants on its books.
