Boyertown Children Enjoy Visit With A Trooper

LEARNING ABOUT SAFETY FROM AN EXPERT – Children attending an event Friday (July 7, 2017) at St. Joseph’s Hill Lutheran Church, 244 Koch Rd, Boyertown, learned safety from a credible source. Trooper David C. Beohm, public information officer for State Police Troop L in Reading, visited with the youngsters to talk about bike safety, wearing seat belts, stranger danger, knowing their phone number, and offer other safety tips. They also got to explore a patrol vehicle. Friends of the church, in social media comments, said the “children learned a lot and were fascinated with everything (Trooper Beohm) showed them!”
