Greenwood Ave., Perkiomen, Construction TodayPERKIOMEN PA – Pipe replacement on Greenwood Avenue between Wartman Road and Ridge Pike across Perkiomen and Upper Providence townships will create travel restrictions there today (Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Because of the construction, drivers on Greenwood will be detoured over Wartman Road, Township Line Road and Ridge Pike/Main Street, PennDOT said. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone, it added.

Drivers are warned to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas; slowdowns will occur during construction, the agency noted. All scheduled activities depend on the weather.
