Police Look For Collegeville Person Of Interest

UPPER PROVIDENCE PA – The identity of a man who is being called “a person of interest” in the alleged theft of a wallet, and later potential fraudulent use of its contents, is being sought by Upper Providence Township Police.

The department, on its Facebook page Monday (Nov. 20, 2017), said it hoped the public could help in identifying the individual (at top) whose photograph it obtained. He is being sought in connection to a reported incident of wallet theft that occurred Sunday (Nov. 19) at the Panera Bread restaurant in Providence Town Center, Route 29, Collegeville.

After the theft occurred, police added, the victim “received fraud alerts from purchases made at the Best Buy store,” also located in the center.
