State Tree-Trimming May Delay Skippack Travel

PennDOT Trimming Trees In Upper FrederickSKIPPACK PA – Tree-trimming operations conducted by contractors for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will create travel restrictions next Monday through Friday (March 12-16, 2018) in a portion of Skippack Township, PennDOT reported.

Travelers on Stump Hall Road, between Route 363 and Route 73 in Worcester and Skippack townships, are expected to encounter lane restrictions daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Flaggers will direct traffic through the affected area. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas; slowdowns will occur, the agency added. The work’s progress depends on the weather.
