Once Delayed, Halloween Parade Marched On

TUNE-FUL HALLOWEEN PARADE – Marching bands from the Pottstown (at top) and Pottsgrove school districts, cheerleaders, Reserve Officer Training Corps units, fancy and fiery automobiles, and just plain old ghosts, goblins and other costumed creatures (yes, that’s borough Mayor Stephanie Henrick above at left) inhabited East High Street on Thursday night (Oct. 24, 2019) during the annual Pottstown Halloween Parade. Rain storms delayed the parade from Tuesday (Oct. 22).
