Week Busy, Adventurous for Pottstown Students
POTTSTOWN SIXTH GRADERS VENTURE OUT – A group of 200 Pottstown Middle School sixth grade students, 16 staff members, and 14 parent volunteers (at top and below) spent the past week on a five-day environmental studies trip to North Bay Adventure Camp in Cecil MD. The trip helped “build self-awareness, self-confidence, and school unity,” according to the school district, as well as “a better understanding of self and others.” A daily record of the trip has been posted on the middle school’s Facebook page, here. The group returned home Friday (Dec. 13, 2019).
