Pottstown High Students Make Holiday BrighterSPREADING HOLIDAY CHEER – Pottstown High School‘s Interact Club (above and below) recently organized a coat drive for the Pottstown Salvation Army and Pottstown Cluster of Churches in an effort to keep adults and children warm this winter. They’ve also delivered hand-made holiday cards who live at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Veterans Center in Spring City PA. The club is supported by the Rotary Club of Pottstown, and sponsored by teachers Daine Fox and Daine Shoffstall. Club members include John J. Front, Kieshon Patel, Naomi Parson, Jordon Go, Aaliyah Bray, Faith Nicholes, Deigo Jamie, Jurnee Harris, Yasmeen Fleton, and Alex Stewart. Earlier in the year they collected treats from Redner’s Market to create Halloween treat bags for children at the Salvation Army, and in Pottstown’s PEAK (Preschool Early Education Program).
