Two Municipal Board Meetings Canceled, One Moved
Leaderships of two local municipalities canceled earlier scheduled meetings this week, and a third will start its first meeting of the month a few days later than usual.
- The Limerick Board of Supervisors, which was scheduled to meet Tuesday (June 2, 2020) in the municipal building on West Ridge Pike, has canceled the event, it said on the township website. Its next board meeting is planned for June 16 (Tuesday) at 7 p.m.
- The Upper Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners, which was scheduled to meet Monday (June 1) as a workshop session, also canceled the event, it said on its township website. Its next meeting is set for June 15 (Monday) at 7 p.m. The board did not specify if the meeting would be held in person or, as it has in the recent past, in a Zoom online conference.
- The Lower Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners, which usually meets on the first Monday and third Thursday of the month, moved its first-week gathering to Thursday (June 4) at 7 p.m. in the Buchert Road municipal building, its website reported, although it also has held those events on Zoom as well.
No future meeting agendas for any of the three have yet been made publicly available.
