Pottstown Sixth Grader Wins Music Challenge

WINNING THE CHALLENGE – Pottstown Middle School 6th grade student Colin Plank, who performs with the school’s 7th and 8th grade band, successfully completed the Zeswitz Challenge during May, the Pottstown School District reported Friday (June 12, 2020). Zeswitz, a musical instrument rental service with offices in Reading PA, challenged instrumental music students to submit videos of themselves performing once weekly throughout the month. Plank’s perseverance paid off; he was among students who received an award certificate, as well as individualized notes and comments from the company’s education team.
