Lions, Bats, Bees? Just Halloween Dogs at Greenfield in Schwenksville

SCHWENKSVILLE PA – Residents at Greenfield Senior Living, 300 Perkiomen Ave., met lions, bats, bumble bees, and even a full sized horse Saturday (Oct. 24, 2020) when they hosted their Halloween pet parade. But don’t worry: the lions, bats, and bees were all dogs dressed in costumes.

The horse, on the other hand, was very real.

Owners and their pets paraded outside the circle near the entrance of the facility, and then proceeded around back to meet additional Greenfield residents. The dogs were met with handmade dog treats, which the residents baked earlier in the week for the event.
