Cul-De-Sac Dedication on Limerick Supervisors’ Agenda
LIMERICK PA – Proposals for leasing township vehicles, a prospective insurance settlement, and dedication of a deed for the cul-de-sac on South Reed Road all are items of new business scheduled to be considered tonight (Monday, Jan. 4, 2021) at 7 p.m. by the Limerick Board of Supervisors during its meeting in the municipal building, 646 W. Ridge Pike.
The meeting is free to attend and open to the public. Wearing of masks and 6-foot social distancing will be enforced for members of the audience who attend in person. The board’s regular business meeting will be preceded by its annual reorganization meeting, required by state law, at which the board will choose its chair, vice chair, township secretary and assistant secretary, and township treasurer. It also is scheduled to approve lists of appointed employees, professional consultants; boards, commissions, and committees members; its auditing firm, tax collector, and tax hearing officer.
It also will consider resolutions identifying depositories for township funds, and affecting its zoning hearing board and 2021 fee schedule, and approve township calendars and event schedules.
