One potential topic for discussion may be an update on financing for the proposed township municipal campus, already approved by the board for construction. Commissioners acted Dec. 17 (2020), during their last meeting, to pursue the sale of municipal bonds intended to bring in $9 million in revenue to pay for the campus, unrelated bridge replacement, and equipment purchases. Its hired financial adviser said he anticipated the bond sale would occur in about mid-January.
