Thursday Storm: Pottsgrove Classes Go Virtual

LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Due to what the Pottsgrove School District called “the uncertain weather and hazardous road conditions,” its students will shift to remote, online-only instruction Thursday (Feb. 18, 2021) “to ensure the safety of our staff and students,” its administration announced. Additionally, the district reported:

  • All classes will meet in its virtual platform at regularly scheduled times;
  • All office staffers are to work remotely, because all buildings will be closed to students and staff;
  • Facilities Department employees will working to clear building entry ways and parking lots throughout daylight hours;
  • No transportation will be provided by the district; and
  • All after-school activities are canceled.
