Chamber REACH Supporting Area Business Women

POTTSTOWN PA – What successfully began in 2019 as a re-branded women’s program of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce, and then – like so many other activities – came to a halt when the pandemic struck, has found extended life online. The chamber’s “REACH – Empowering and Connecting Women” meetings are being held every other Tuesday morning with between 12 and 15 chat participants, it said.

REACH bi-weekly virtual “Coffee Chats” build and strengthen both personal and business relationships, and also offer value in group support, the chamber noted.

“I am blown away by the genuine connections I’ve made through REACH,” observes Santander Arena and Reading Royals Director of Corporate Sales Tammy Dahms. “The women I’ve met through this group have inspired me in many ways, but have also supported me in my personal life, my volunteer life, and my professional life. Working in a male-dominated industry, I’ve been lucky enough to find a solid group of women that can keep me grounded when I need to be, and lift me up when I need it too.”

REACH sessions periodically include presentations determined to be of interest to the group. On Tuesday (Feb. 16, 2021), chamber member Jenna Armato presented “Three Questions to Supercharge Your Momentum.” Chamber Member Coach Adrean Turner earlier talked about “Defining Our Vision,” and the group discussed “vision boarding.”
