Traffic Slowed Monday Following Sanatoga Accident
THREE VEHICLES, NO INJURIES – Lower Pottsgrove police patrols, and fire police volunteers from the Sanatoga and Ringing Hill fire companies, responded Monday (March 8, 2021) at 5:07 p.m. to a three-vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of North Pleasant View Road and East High Street, only yards away from the Sanatoga fire house. No injuries were reported. Police said one vehicle prompted a rear-end collision that involved the other two. The latter were able to be moved into the nearby parking lot of Fresenius Kidney Care, 2223 E. High St., police added, where they conducted interviews with drivers. Front-end damage to the remaining vehicle (at top) required it to be towed away (at bottom). There was no immediate indication whether citations, if any, would be issued to any drivers. Commuter traffic at the time was heavy at the intersection, but controlled by fire police (below), as a steady line of travelers moved westbound on East High.
