“We have a huge need to hire additional team members, especially delivery drivers and assistant managers,” said Salim Joarder, a local Domino’s franchise owner. “We want to continue providing great service and delicious pizza to our customers, and in order to do so, we need more part-time and full-time team members.”
Domino’s Philadelphia area stores provide contactless delivery and carryout, and carside delivery. It gives customers the option of staying in their vehicle while a team member delivers their order to them.
“As we emerge from the pandemic we know that people are looking to get back into the workforce, and Domino’s has a lot of great jobs to offer,” said Joarder. “We want to continue serving this area, but we also want to help those who are looking for a great opportunity with a great company. Our No. 1 priority is the health and safety of our team members and customers.”
More than 95 percent of Domino’s U.S. franchise owners, including Joarder, began their career as part-time delivery drivers or pizza makers. He started at Domino’s as a delivery driver in 1990 and worked his way up, purchasing his first store in 1997.
