Route 100 Tree Work Creates Right-Lane Closures

POTTSTOWN PA – Tree-pruning work scheduled next Monday through Friday (March 29-April 2, 2021) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, along Route 100 between King Street in Pottstown and Farmington Avenue in Upper Pottsgrove, will create right-lane closures on the highway in both directions, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

Travelers are advised to allow extra time when moving through the work areas. PennDOT suggested slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are depend on acceptable weather and are subject to change.

These tree-trimming operations will comply with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance, and a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, PennDOT added.
