Join Diabetes Prevention Sessions Starting in April

POTTSTOWN PA – Montgomery and Berks County residents who may be at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes (the most common form) can take advantage of a virtual program that starts April 27 (2021; Tuesday). It’s aimed at diabetes prevention.

The program is offered by Pottstown Medical Specialists Inc., which operates family physicians’ offices in Lower Pottsgrove, Stowe, Royersford, Collegeville, and Boyertown. The April introductory session about the program, which is open to all members of the public and does not require a medical co-payment, will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. online. The live-streamed event allows guests to attend without travel, and from the comfort of their homes.

The program provides a trained lifestyle coach who works with you, and suggests how you can take charge of your health with tasty meals, reduced stress, and regular exercise. It’s intended to help you feel better, stronger, and more energized, as well as improve your health.
