PennDOT’s Weekly Pothole Fill List Getting Shorter

KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Contracted maintenance crews for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will work this week (Monday through Friday, April 26-30, 2021) on more than 50 state highways – including sections of U.S. Route 422 in Limerick, and Upper and Lower Providence townships – to fill potholes and repair deteriorated pavement. One sign of progress: the list of local areas where filling is needed shrank from the previous week.

Workers will restrict travel lanes on the highways to complete their patching efforts. PennDOT advises drivers to be alert for moving operations and expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns near crews. All activities depend on acceptable weather.

If you see a pothole that needs fixing, PennDOT reminds drivers to call 1-800-FIX-ROAD, or visit its website here and click on “Submit A Roadway Concern.”
