Upper Providence Sergeants Finish FBI-LEEDA Training

LEADERSHIP GRADUATES – Two Upper Providence Township Police Department sergeants, Dan Mulligan and Ryan Sheehan (at top), have successfully completed three programs sponsored by the Malvern PA-based FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association and separately earned its coveted Trilogy Award, the department announced Friday (April 23, 2021). Both worked through the organization’s Supervisor, Command, and Executive leadership institutes, it stated, which are intended “to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership, and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practices.”
