Injury Incurred Friday in Sanatoga 2-Vehicle Accident

SANATOGA PA – A two-vehicle accident (at top and below) that occurred Friday (May 7, 2021) at about 10:45 a.m. on a curved and hilly portion of North Sanatoga Road, northwest of its intersection with Snell Road, blocked traffic on the highway for a time and reportedly left one of the occupants injured, according to Montgomery County emergency dispatchers.

Lower Pottsgrove police and Sanatoga fire police responded to the scene. Traffic movement onto North Sanatoga from North Pleasant View Road was detoured while police investigated and vehicles were removed. Before fire police arrived, an area resident voluntarily helped direct two-way traffic around the accident.

One driver was said to have incurred a wrist injury but declined medical assistance, dispatchers reported. Because their investigation was incomplete at the time, police had few details to offer.
