Jesse Lee Elliott is being sought on charges of making terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another person, harassment, and criminal mischief resulting in property damage, according to court records. Elliott had been arrested May 9 (Sunday) by a township police officer, and apparently was scheduled to attend a May 11 (Tuesday) preliminary hearing regarding the incident.
Court records show the hearing is still being awaited; Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr. issued the warrant the same day.
