Update: DE Man Arrested on Warrant in Alleged Theft

LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – A 56-year-old Wilmington DE man has been arrested by the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department on a warrant held since March , it announced Monday (June 1, 2021) on its CrimeWatch website.

David Ramos was wanted on a felony retail theft charge for an alleged offense that occurred Feb. 22, according to court records. Law enforcement in Bucks County notified the department Ramos was being held on separate charges in its jail. Lower Pottsgrove’s arrest was completed Sunday (May 27), according to the web report.

His preliminary arraignment was conducted before Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr., and Ramos is scheduled to return June 9 (Wednesday) also before Kropp for his preliminary hearing. The justice set Ramos’ bail at $5,000 unsecured, records show.

Lower Pottsgrove Seeks Three Persons on Warrants

SANATOGA PA – Arrest warrants were obtained Thursday (March 18, 2021) by the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department on alleged offenses in separate and unrelated cases for three individuals whose whereabouts are unknown. The warrants were issued from the Pottstown courtroom of Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr.

Being sought, according to department CrimeWatch website reports, are:

  • Suzanne Harper-Skalamera, age 57, on charges of driving under the influence of an intoxicating substance, driving under the influence at the highest rate, involvement in a hit-and-run accident, and reckless driving;
  • Jamil Devon Wynder, age 27, on charges of simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct; and
  • David Ramos, age 55, on a charge of retail theft.
