Schaller creates textural art pieces, which incorporate representational form with the printed word. Visual and written symbols merge to create a unique aesthetic language that anticipated to be both provocative and whimsical. His multiple-image pieces (two are at top), with images ranging from polka dots to popular culture, hope to evoke emotions and memories in the view. The combination of images tells a story and is intended to provoke a personal exchange between the art and the audience.

He’ll talk about and his career in the art world and various the mediums he has used, from encaustic to silkscreen.

Schaller holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Arcadia University, and has shown both nationally and internationally, in Philadelphia, New York, and Switzerland. His works are in the permanent collections of The Coca Cola Museum, Atlanta GA, and the Lancaster Museum of Art, Lancaster PA.
