Lower Pottsgrove Schedules Two Zoning Hearings

LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Separate and unrelated public hearings in which owners of property on Bleim Road and Briar Lane, respectively, will seek land use variances from the Lower Pottsgrove Zoning Hearing Board, will be held in succession on June 22 (2021; Tuesday) beginning at 6 p.m. in the township municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd.

Benjamin and Renee Huber, owners of property located at 761 Bleim Rd. in an R-1 (residential), zoning district, are looking to build a 1,440-square-foot detached garage in their back yard. To do so, they are requesting a board special exception to allow an accessory structure that exceeds 600 square feet in size.

Elizabeth Connelly, owner of property located at 952 Briar Ln. in an R-2 (residential) district, wants to install an 18-foot-by-36-foot in-ground swimming pool, accompanied by a 3-foot concrete deck and a 32-square-foot filter pad there. She also seeks a special exception to allow an accessory structure that exceeds 600 square feet.
