Update: Man Arrested on Warrant Issued in January
LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – A Pottstown man who had been sought on a warrant by the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department since January (2021) was arrested Thursday (July 15) and charged with contempt for violation of a protection from abuse order, which followed an incident that allegedly occurred at the Rolling Hills apartment complex on Buchert Road.

Police Issued Warrant Friday for Violation of Order
SANATOGA PA – A 34-year-old Pottstown man, whom the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department alleges violated a protection from abuse order involving another unnamed individual, is the subject of a warrant the department said was issued Friday (Jan. 29, 2021) by Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr.
Alonzo Maurice Burgess Jr. is wanted on a charge of contempt for violation of an order or agreement that police alleged occurred Wednesday (Jan. 27) at a unit in the Rolling Hills apartment complex, 2120 Buchert Rd. The warrant’s issuance was reported on the department’s CrimeWatch website.
