‘Rhodes Less Traveled’ Featured in August Concert

SCHWENKSVILLE PA – “Rhodes Less Traveled,” (at top) a band described as one “shaped by years of performance and forged with rich, eclectic flavors,” will be the featured performers Aug. 18 (2021; Wednesday) from 6-8 p.m. during a free Schwenksville Borough concert presentation in Meadow Park, 300 Main St. Parking is available in front, behind, and in the meadow near the boat ramp, its newsletter announced.

The band’s music – suitable for all ages, according to the borough – blends “blend style, substance, and melody with dynamic three-part harmonies,” it said.

Members of local Boy Scout units will be sell refreshments onsite, but those attending the show are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. They also must provide their own chairs and blankets for seating use in the meadow. The borough also reminds visitors that no smoking is allowed on its properties.

Sponsoring the borough concert series are DJM Design CAD & Coordination Services, Schwenksville Tax Collector Thomas Laconis, Wawa, Landis Supermarket, XL Home Improvements, Victory Bank, The Goddard School, Spring Mountain Adventures, and Univest Bank and Trust.
