Painters at Work Prompted Hotel Alarm to Sound

PAINTERS SET OFF ALARM – Work by painters on an upper floor of the Best Western Inn, 1600 Industrial Hwy., Lower Pottsgrove, prompted a fire alarm to sound Thursday (Sept. 9, 2021) at 12:06 p.m., township Fire Marshal Lew Babel reported. Babel, township Codes and Zoning Officer Joe Groff, and Ringing Hill and Sanatoga fire companies’ volunteers, equipment, and fire police arrived at the scene. After and inspection they found nothing else amiss, and cleared the site by 12:30 p.m.
