Vaccinations Offered Today at Pottstown Middle School

POTTSTOWN PA – A COVID-19 vaccination clinic is being scheduled by the Pottstown School District for Thursday (Oct. 28, 2021) from 3-7 p.m. at Pottstown Middle School, 600 N. Franklin St. The event is open to the public. There is no cost to receive a vaccine, and no insurance or ID is required, promoters said. Being offered are the Pfizer vaccine for ages 12 and up, and the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines for ages 18 and up.

Advance registration is required and can be completed online. Get registered or make an appointment here. Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Social distancing and masking guidelines will be followed at all times. Services and resources are offered in both English and Spanish.

  • Anyone who is 12-17 years of age must have a completed and signed consent form from a parent or guardian;
  • Anyone who is 12-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult; and
  • Anyone who is 16-17 years of age may attend the event on their own.

When arriving at the school, look for the CATE (Community-Accessible Testing, Education) Mobile Unit parked near the bus doors. The clinic is being presented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Montgomery County Office of Public Health, The Independence Blue Cross Foundation, and Latino Connection.
