Troopers Seek Help in Investigation at UP High

PENNSBURG PA – Investigators with the Pennsylvania State Police at its Troop K Barracks in Skippack are seeking public help in their continuing probe of a threat issued Wednesday (Nov. 3, 2021) at 8:50 a.m. against Upper Perkiomen High School, 2 Walt Rd.

The threat caused school students to be dismissed early, troopers said. After an inspection of the building that produced no results, they reported later during the same day that “the threat was not credible,” and called for public assistance in the case.

State police repeated, in a public information release distributed Monday (Nov. 8, 2021), that their investigation was proceeding. They said “anyone with information” about the incident is asked to call Troopers Furlong or Slonaker at the barracks, 610-584-1250.
