Saladworks Restaurant Due for ’22 in Collegeville

COLLEGEVILLE PA – Reliant Group of Companies, a King of Prussia-based early-stage investment firm, said it has signed an agreement with Saladworks LLC, a fast-casual salad restaurant franchiser, to open a new location at Providence Town Center, 1300 S. Collegeville Rd., during 2022. The addition would give Saladworks more than 40 locations in Pennsylvania alone, according to its website.

“Saladworks has built a successful franchise over past decades by evolving with customer’s dynamic tastes and diets,” Reliant Group President Timothy Burns said, “while continuing to deliver high-quality, customizable, and convenient offerings. Our investment in this franchise speaks to our faith in Saladworks’ continued growth for years to come.”

Saladworks, founded in 1986, has more than 100 locations across 18 states and two countries. Diners can enjoy made-to-order salads, a selection of freshly-made wraps, grain bowls, and other menu items. Burns praised Saladworks’ ability to evolve “with customer’s dynamic tastes and diets, such as vegetarian, vegan, Keto, and Paleo lifestyles.”

In addition to in-store dining, customers have the option of ordering ahead on Saladworks’ website or mobile app; placing orders through third-party delivery partners like Door Dash, GrubHub and UberEats; or calling ahead for pick-up. A catering division is also a significant portion of its business.

Reliant Group specializes in ground-up and seed-stage investing across high-growth industries, including companies in the information technology, hospitality, apparel, and construction sectors.
