Troopers, Others Look Into Upper Frederick Burglary

UPPER FREDERICK PA – State police said they are assisting another law enforcement agency in the investigation of several suspected burglaries, and specifically one that occurred Jan. 8 (2022; Saturday) shortly before 8 a.m. at a business on Fagleysville Road.

Troopers from the Troop K Barracks in Skippack have labeled the incident as a forced burglary at a commercial location. So far they’ve determined an unknown male “obtained forced entry into the business and took a safe while inside,” according to a public information release. The name of the company involved and its precise address were not revealed.

Its Honeywell-brand safe was estimated to contain more than $2,000 in U.S. currency.

Their investigation is continuing, troopers added.
